Blomeley
President/Owner
Candice Blomeley serves as President and Owner of JMHC, bringing over three decades of construction expertise. Since 1985, she has played a pivotal role in JMHC's management team, overseeing corporate operations. With an MBA specializing in Accounting and Information Systems from Georgia State University, Candice also maintains an active Underground Utility Contractor License in Florida, Certification No. CUC1225177.

Bichard
Senior Vice President
Barry Bichard serves as Senior Vice President at JMHC, bringing more than 39 years of leadership experience in general contracting, land development, and civil site construction. In his role, Mr. Bichard oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, providing strategic direction across project management, field operations, equipment management, and financial administration. His extensive industry expertise and commitment to operational excellence continue to drive JMHC’s growth and success.

Klaproth
Senior Project Manager
Neil Klaproth serves as the Senior Project Manager for JMHC and brings over 20 years of development and construction experience overseeing all aspects of site planning and construction. He leads the Project Management Team in managing project budgets and schedules ensuring each project stays on track from design through completion. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Duke University and a Master of Arts in Corporate Communications from Rollins College.

Lindsey
Williams
Controller
Lindsey Williams serves as the Controller at JMHC, with over thirteen years of construction accounting experience and nearly two decades in the accounting profession. Since 2012, she has overseen the accounting department and contributed to the company’s daily operations. She holds a Master of Accounting from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
