For over 30 years, Candice Blomeley has directed the operations of the company.  JMHC is a leader in the Central Florida site development market and is committed to serving clients through expedient construction of projects utilizing a highly skilled work force supported by next generation

equipment.

Candice Blomeley serves as President and Owner of JMHC, bringing over three decades of construction expertise. Since 1985, she has played a pivotal role in JMHC's management team, overseeing corporate operations. With an MBA specializing in Accounting and Information Systems from Georgia State University, Candice also maintains an active Underground Utility Contractor License in Florida, Certification No. CUC1225177.

Marlise Wellborn serves as Chief Financial Officer for JMHC, boasting over three decades of experience in construction accounting, including Land Development, Construction Management, General Contracting, and Engineering. Marlise manages accounting and is responsible for financial reporting. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a concentration in Accounting from the University of North Florida.

Mike Presley serves as Vice President of Operations at JMHC, bringing over five years of expertise in Civil Construction and over five years of experience in General Contracting. Since joining JMHC, he actively manages the company's day-to-day operations, including Project Management, Field Operations, and Equipment. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management at the University of Florida.
